SAZANA CAPRIQI
CURRICULUM VITAE
Sazana Çapriqi
was born in Prishtina where she lives and
works. She teaches ‘English Language’ and
‘Literary Translation’ at the University of
Prishtina. She has studied English Language
and Literature and has also earned her
Masters Degree at the same University and
currently is a Ph.D. candidate. Her interest
is in gender studies and the topic of her
Ph.D. thesis is: “The Poetics of Gender”
She
writes essays and does literary
translations. She is the founder and Editor
in Chief of ‘Sfinga’ (The Sphinx) a
cerultural journal of women’s writing
published annually in Prishtina.
